detox - day 27

This morning I woke up at 8:30am. I went upstairs and took the systemic enzymes, chlorella tablets, a dropper full of oregano and drank 4 ounces of spirulina. I then packed up the kamut water and my green juice (kale, celery, green apple, ginger & lemon) that Andrew made for me while I was still asleep this morning. Boy does he know how to make a girl feel special!

Then I headed downtown to coach chamber music. After I finished coaching, I sipped some Harmless Harvest coconut water while teaching my next student.

In my break, I drank my 16 ounce green juice and practiced. I then met cellist, Amit Peled, at my office and escorted him to Curtiss Hall for his masterclass. He's a fabulous teacher and a super nice guy!

After saying goodbye to Amit, I headed back home. Once I made it home, I took the second dose of systemic enzymes, chlorella tablets and the super flora capsules. I was a bit hungry, so I ate 4 crimini mushrooms with my basil pesto (these I made several days ago).

About an hour later I made 3 small raw tacos with fresh guacamole (avocado, tomato, cilantro, serrano, lime & a pinch of sea salt). I also added the filling I had made a few nights back and along with some more of my raw peanut butter and more ancho chili powder. I topped my tacos off with some alfalfa sprouts. Yes I've been on a taco kick, but it's an easy meal and very satisfying.

I then started my first batch of rejuvelac! For those of you with celiac disease or wheat allergies, I will tell you that I have had no reaction to the rejuvelac made from wheat berries and I am sensitive to cross contamination.

Then I drank the oxykare water. Afterward I made a green meal shake.

A hour later I split a Hail Merry Chocolate Miracle Tart with Andrew. Then I caught up with my blog and headed to bed.

Today I felt pretty symptom free until the evening, when I developed a bit of a headache. My legs also were quite itchy. My BM was back to normal, though.

The skin on my face felt super soft and looked much clearer today!  So far, I am happy with the results from my facial.  We'll see what tomorrow brings...

This evening, while doing some research, I fell in love with this song:

Time stands still
Beauty in all she is
I will be brave
I will not let anything take away
What’s standing in front of me
Every breath
Every hour has come to this
One step closer
